Coconut Milk White Bread
- 1 1/2 c canned coconut milk- NOT cream of coconut (1 13.5 oz can)
- 4 c bread flour
- 1 T plus 1 t gluten
- 2 t salt
- 2 1/2 t SAF yeast or 1 T bread machine yeast
Place all ingredients in the pan according to the order in the manufacturer's instructions. Set crust on Medium and program for the Basic cycle; press start.
When baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place on a rack. Let bread cool to room temperature before slicing.
