Midori Melon Ice Pops
- 4 cups (1/2” pieces) peeled, ripe honeydew melon (1)
- 5 T Midori
- 3 T vodka
- 1 1/2 T superfine sugar
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour puree into a sieve lined with a double layer thickness of cheesecloth and set over a bowl and let drain, undisturbed, 30 minutes. Pour liquid into molds and freeze at least 24 hours. Add sticks when mixture is slushy- about an hour.

Superfine sugar is sold under the name Pure Sweet or you can make superfine sugar by putting regular sugar in a food processor and processing it with the metal blade until it’s superfine.
