Mango Daquiri Ice Pops
- 3 c chopped peeled mangoes (2)
- 6 T light rum
- 1/2 c superfine sugar
- 2 T water
- 1 1/2 T fresh lime juice
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth then force through a fine sieve into a large glass measuring cup. Pour into molds and add sticks. Freeze for at least 24 hours.

Superfine sugar is sold under the name Pure Sweet or you can make superfine sugar by putting regular sugar in a food processor and processing it with the metal blade until itís superfine.
