Veggie Soup Goulash


Brown ground beef in a skillet.
While cooking, peel and cut potatoes and carrots into chunks. Microwave carrots on high for 15 minutes, and boil potatoes on stovetop for 15 minutes. When beef is cooked through, add water, soup, and tomato sauce. Mix well, add potatoes and carrots, stirring gently, but coat the vegetables. Simmer 10 minutes.
