Pepper Steak
Ingredients:
- 2 tbs crushed peppercorns
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbs fresh rosemary
- 1 handfull chopped mushrooms
- 2 steaks, your choice
Directions:
Rub crushed peppercorns into steaks. Heat oil in large skillet and grill steaks as desired. In a small bowl, mix vinegar, sour cream, milk, rosemary and mushrooms. Add to pan with steaks and stir until sauce thickens. Place steaks on warm plates and drizzle sauce on top. Goes great with roasted red potatoes!
