This is an easy, filling meal that is relatively well received by little ones.
We're not super huge mushroom fans, but this has a nice flavor. I only use 8 oz of sliced mushrooms.
I serve over wide egg noodles, along with a green veggie (usually broccoli) and crusty rolls.
