Mexican Meatloaf
Ingredients:
- 2lbs ground beef
- 1 sm can chilli peppers
- 1 block montery jack cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- Salsa (to taste)
- Sour Cream (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients while hamburger is raw. Preheat oven to 425. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
