I have served this too many guests and get great reviews. To dress it up I put a small amount of shredded lettuce with tomatoes on top then add a dollop of sour cream on the top.
I always make a large mixture (4-5 dishes) and freeze for up to 3 months. It is a great casserole to take anywhere. When freezing cooking time will be longer about 45-60 min.
