Beef Chou-fleur
Ingredients:
- 1 lbs Beef thinly sliced(round steak, sirloin)
- 1 small head of cauliflower cut in flowerettes
- 2 tbs butter
- 1/4 c. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic diced
- 2 tbs cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 c. beef broth
- 1 c. sliced green onions
Directions:
Brown beef in butter and remove from pan. Add cauliflower, garlic and soy sauce, Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until soft. Mix broth, sugar and cornstarch thoroughly. Add beef and onions to the pan. Add broth mixture to pan. Return to boil to thicken.
Serve over rice.

I serve this with brown jasmin rice, Cole absolutely loves it!

Bridgette - I made this tonight. I just happened to have all the ingredients on hand, even some left over brown rice. It was REALLY good!
