Dellaina -- So good! I made this last night, but with a few changes. I used one can of white beans and one can of dark kidneys. I upped the chili powder to a total of 2 tablespoons - mostly because I had regular tomatoes rather than Ro-Tel. My family loved it with sour cream and shredded cheddar on top of a bed of piping hot corn bread. Yummmm.
Andrew - I have to agree with Dellaina, the chili is great! I too added more chili powder and used some of the spices that come in those 2Alarm chili seasoning kits. Thanks for sharing Jennifer2!
